IL GROUP-QUALITY POLICY STATEMENT

Implementation of this policy is the responsibility of every member of staff, starting with the directors who take policy decisions, which enable the correct action to be implemented throughout the company.

The Quality Manual, Quality Assurance Procedures Manual and Operations Procedures are dynamic documents which describe in the appropriate level of detail the policies, procedure and operating practices to be followed. Every relevant member of staff is to be familiar with this policy and the detailed procedures and practices applicable to their area of work within the company. Training is given to ensure that staff can carry out their duties effectively and in addition they are encouraged to make positive recommendations for improvement.
